ABSTRACT
Economic, social and cultural changes as an effect of the rapid development
of different areas of life, the progress of civilization, many scientific
discoveries in the field of industry, medicine, genetic research and astronomy
have a great impact on human life. Automation of production processes
replaces men, which causes that people have more free time. This type of
positive change is also accompanied by disturbing phenomena. These are
undoubtedly environmental pollution and hence the development of civilization
diseases such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, drug addiction, neuroses,
etc. In such a society, learning processes, training, changing specialties, etc.
are a permanent part of human activity from an early age until retirement,
which also means that a significant part of the population will be involved
professionally in the educational processes. However, the most dynamic is
the youth activity, which is an entirely natural phenomenon, because it is
the generation that grew up with the computer. Emerging society can be
nowadays characterized by the new conditions of human existence:
• increased access to information;
• information is a development resource and an essential factor for effective
functioning in the modern world;
• creation of a basis for the knowledge society;
• almost universal commercialization and operation of market mechanisms
in all areas of life.
