Development of integration is a way to the new forms of education.
Integration in society fosters the spirit of one community, cooperation and
respect for the individuality of each person. It is a goal to understanding
and the opportunities to people to know each other, forming a new joint
educational canon which also provides for the lifelong learning. (Aleksander,
2009, s. 356)
People who would like to develope their knowledge directed by some
objectives, there are: continuously desire to expend their knowledge in
a direction of generally accepted values; appropriate preparation to work
with the addition of knowledge on this subject; active participation in ethic
and cultural heritage of nation; guiding the personal development, setting
itself ambitious goals and achieving them gradually. (Boczukowa, 2010,
s. 108)
This study was conducted on the basis of theoretical and practical treatments
performed by Polish, Russian and Ukrainian scientists in the field
of andragogy. According to the european research in countries of Europe
Union approximatlely 20% of working people are increasing their knowledge,
that is, every fifth working person. Whereas in Poland this indicator
reaches the level of 8-10 % in the whole country. The special trainings in
different fields of educations and qualifications Poles are spedning an average
of two hours per year, whereas Europeans spending 50-70 houres, this
is 25 times more then in Poland (Frąckowiak, Półturzycki, 2011, s. 236).
The purpose of the study is to research the problems of implementation
and use of andragogy by modern society, and to explore new and improved
solutions in the field of education.
