In the paper on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis are identified
the key organizational and pedagogical conditions of the transition
from training to the development of professional competence of teachers
in modern postgraduate pedagogical education. Given organizational and
pedagogical conditions direct reorientation of postgraduate education to
students' self-organization on condition of the humanization of educational
process
